You still get advice grounded in the VDOT methodology - the individualized training-pace system developed from the research of two-time Olympic medalist and exercise scientist Dr. Jack Daniels - from a coach whose profile was reviewed before going live on the marketplace.
Coaches set their own consultation scope and pricing, shown on each listing before you book. Common uses include race-strategy reviews, training-history audits, pace setting for a new goal, and a second opinion on a plan you're already following.
