About Laura

I will never forget the power I felt when I found a coach who was invested in me. It's what made me want to become a coach, and it's what made me realize that there's more to coaching than knowing how to write a training plan. Through my own running journey, I've gone from 3:54 in the marathon to a 2:58 and everything in between, plateaus and hurdles included. As a mother of 2 and small business owner, I'm no stranger to the balancing act that recreational athletes play each day as well. I understand the mental load, the schedule shifts, and the desire to keep running a meaningful part of your life without burning out.

Training with Laura

Athlete requirement

I ask that the athletes I work with show up consistently and make a genuine effort to follow the plan most of the time. You don't need to be fast or experienced, but you do need to be willing to learn, to try, and evolve. I also ask for respect for the process, because real progress takes time and most meaningful breakthroughs happen over more than one season.
