I've worked with Brian, on and off for about 5 years- pre, during, and post pregnancy. I mention pregnancy because it's critical to share that Brian thinks about the whole athlete when he's coaching them -especially as needs and goals for training may change . Before my more limited schedule, Brian supported me in reaching PRs; I got faster, stronger, and ran better than I had in years. Then, and now (with more modest but still personally important goals), Brian is a source of encouragement, a reality-check when needed, and the wise voice in my head that I couldn't seem to manifest without a coach. Brian makes time to run some hard workouts with me, encourages me to cross and strength train, recommends great resources for PT and massage, and always has time to listen. Brian holds a wealth of knowledge in the running world (from personal and professional experience). He's coached top athletes and regular runners, like me. If Brian takes you as a client, feel lucky - because in the end, if you want a coach that has what it takes to get you to your best, Brian is it; I trust and recommend him completely.
