The course is run primarily on paved park roads in Flushing Meadows–Corona Park. The route features open, flat stretches along iconic park sites such as the Unisphere and passes by lakes and recreational areas.
The course is predominantly flat with minimal elevation changes, making it suitable for fast times and beginner runners.
