Amanda came recommended to me from a friend after I made the decision to find someone who could help me train for marathons (I am a newbie). If something goes astray during training (I travel a lot for work) she will make modifications and recommendations that keep you on track. One of the best decisions I’ve made in my short running journey so far was having Amanda be my coach!

As a 35-year-old mom of two young kids, life is full, loud, and unpredictable - and she completely gets that! She brings so much intention, knowledge, and heart to her coaching, but in a way that feels real and doable. Every plan fits into my actual life, not some perfect, uninterrupted training bubble, and every check-in feels personal. I’ve always felt challenged in the best way and deeply supported at the same time - which is such a rare combination! She genuinely cares about her athletes as whole people, not just the miles we log. What really stands out is her ability to know when to push and when to pull back. Her programming is smart and purposeful, but also flexible when kids are sick, nights are short, or energy is low. She listens, adjusts, and pays attention to the details that matter. Because of her, I’ve grown stronger, more consistent, and more confident - without feeling overwhelmed or defeated along the way. Beyond the physical gains, she’s changed how I see myself as a runner in this season of life. I feel more capable, more resilient, and more trusting of my own strength - even on the messy, sleep-deprived days. She’s the best kind of cheerleader, always believing in me (sometimes more than I believe in myself) and helping me laugh through the tough workouts and tough weeks. Her coaching feels deeply human - grounded in encouragement, perspective, and just the right amount of accountability. I’m so grateful to be coached by her and genuinely excited to keep building toward new goals together.

This past year I rehabbed a big injury and turned 40. I decided to fully commit and work with Amanda. So far we have crushed PRs in a 5k and 10k with an upcoming half. Regardless of the race results, I feel stronger and fitter than EVER! At age 40! I’m so thankful for the push that Amanda has given me. Her structured, thought out plan was flawless. I quickly noticed a difference with my running and endurance. Amanda tailored the plan to fit a mom of 2 young kids who works two jobs. I couldn’t have done it without her. After a decade of running, I finally feel like a real runner!

Can’t say enough good things about working with Amanda!! I had never worked with a coach before and was looking for help improving my speed for an upcoming half marathon while also focusing on strength training. Amanda worked with me to design a training split that made sense for my life and delivered on everything I was looking for. Every single week I knew exactly what training I had and felt confident going in that I could handle the challenge. I always knew what the distance, pace, and effort was supposed to be for every run which was so nice! Amanda checked in all along the way and was able to adjust my training plan whenever I had work travel or anything else come up. She even gave several strength training workout options that would support my running goals. I was able to shave off several minutes from my half marathon PR time this fall and for possibly the first time ever, not get sick or injured during my entire training block! If you’re looking for a coach with a balanced and fun, yet ambitious approach to training, Amanda is where it’s at!
