This 14-week half marathon training program is perfect for runners looking to tackle their first half marathon. The schedule includes a mix of easy and challenging runs, rest days, cross-training days, and race-specific workouts. Each week builds on the previous weeks’ mileage and intensity level until you are ready to tackle your goal! You can also modify the schedule to fit your needs if you need more or less days off. The plan begins with a weekly mileage of 14 miles and a 3-mile long run.
