Description

This 18-week half marathon training program is perfect for runners who already run a few halfs and want to take it to the next level with extra training time. The schedule includes a mix of easy and challenging runs, rest days, cross training days, and race-specific workouts. Each week builds on the previous weeks’ mileage and intensity level until you are ready to tackle your goal! You can modify the schedule to fit your needs if you need more or less days off. The plan begins with a weekly mileage of 17 miles and a 6-mile long run.
