Description

Ready to take a crack at the half marathon? This training plan is ready to get you to help you reach the start line with confidence, and cross the finish line feeling strong! The 12-week plan follows a gentle build-up that peaks at 4 runs per day and a 12 mile long run. A weekly speed workout help you improve your paces, while down weeks every 3rd week help make sure your body keeps up with the training! Plan adjustments are available for $15 each.

Minimum Requirements

While this plan is designed with first-time and novice runners in mind, some experience with running is encouraged
