Description

Take your training up a notch with workouts specifically tailored to help you prepare for a fast half marathon! This plan peaks at 55 miles per week, making it a great option for experienced runners looking to run their first half, or runners who want to shave time off of their next half marathon race. Plan adjustments are available for an additional $15.
Minimum Requirements

Runners looking at this plan should already be running 4+ days and 40+ miles per week. Experience with training plans that include at least one speed workout per week is strongly encouraged.
