Description

Take your training up a notch with workouts specifically tailored to help you prepare for your fastest half marathon! This plan peaks at 80 miles per week, and is intended for runners who have raced several half marathons and are trying to be competitive at the regional or national level. Plan adjustments are available for an additional $15. Athletes with qualifying performances may be eligible for free training - email scissortailrunning@gmail.com for more info!
Minimum Requirements

Athletes considering this plan should already be running a minimum of 6 days and 55 - 60 miles per week. Previous experience with sustained training at 70+ mpw is strongly recommended.
