Assessment on your current fitness level, running experience, strength training background, goals, current routine, including distance, pace, and frequency of running and any previous injuries or health issues. Strength Assessment: Current strength & mobility routine, and any specific weaknesses or imbalances affecting running performance that you want to address. Goal Setting: Identification of short and long term goals, such as improving race times, building endurance, or increasing speed or strength. Progress Monitoring: Overview of how progress will be tracked, with check ins and plan adjustments as needed.
