14 week training program built and designed for you to dominate your next half marathon. Using your current fitness level to establish your VDOT training paces I will plug your paces in this 4 stage program and customize workouts based on your schedule. During the course of the 14 weeks we will communicate once monthly for 30-minutes to discuss training and make sure we are on track to meet and exceed goals.
