This is an individualized training plan is for an experience road racer (10 km, half and full marathon) aiming to improve his/her race performances in an upcoming "goal" road race. The plan is designed for runners who are looking to take their running to the next level. Includes consultation to review schedule, background, goals and progression and will include details on workouts, easy days, mileage and core training. I will build you a custom plan based on your goals and experience. Please note: Based on initial start up conversations, all Training Plans are individually tailored to the athlete but do not have the same on-going support as "coached" plans.
