I will custom design your plan based on your experience and goals. If you are wanting to finish your first half or run your fastest 1/2 marathon this plan is perfect for you. This is a great plan if you're looking for both new runners who want to run their first 5K/10K for experienced runners who are looking to PR. This plan also allows you to choose your days off based on your schedule. The miles, speed, and intensity of the workouts will be based on your goals and your availability. Your training calendar will be available to you within the VDOT app.
