This product will provide you with a fully personal training plan to improve your desired time between 5k and half-marathon to fit around your home life. This will aim to provide you with 4-5 sessions a week based on your ability, making sure you are getting the most out of your sessions and pushing you to improve your race time. I am not a pushy coach and appreciate everyone has different abilities and drives towards running, but I will work with you to make sure you make the gains you wish on your desired distances. I will offer unlimited texts so you can contact me anytime and will be flexible with you to make sure you are getting the rest required to prevent injuries. Once you first register with me, we will have an online call to get to know each other and understand what would work best for you.
