Using the Four B's framework — Body, Blood, Breath, Brain — this plan combines VDOT-calibrated workouts, progressive mileage, hill sprints, doubles, and strength/mobility work to deliver you to day one of practice as the fittest, most durable runner on the line. Every session has a purpose. Championship seasons start now.
