Description

Automated Athlete Directed Tely 10 Mile Road Race training. Suitable for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced runners. Beginner: Run 3 or 4 days one workout per week with goal to finish. Intermediate: Run 4 or 5 times per week with specific finish time goal. Advanced: Run 5 or 6 days per week with time goal or a personal best. Athletes can select their preferred training days. Athlete is automatically provided appropriate training sessions on chosen days. Select training plan based on your running level and Tely 10 goal. Complimentary V.O2 Calendar App with personal profile and ongoing pace updates. Plan downloaded to V.O2 Calendar and Syncs with athletes’ GPS e.g. Strava, Garmin, Apple, Cronos Designed to be self-guided based on the athlete’s preferences. Athletes specify preferences like kilometers per week and running days. Plans are automatically generated based on chosen preferences. Plans can be activated immediately or scheduled to start in the future. Typical Training for Intermediate Athlete, 5 times per week: Monday - recover/cross train Tuesday - 20 Minute warmup + 2 x 10 minutes out and back + 20 Min CD Wednesday - 40 mins- Aerobic pace recovery with Strides Thursday - 60 minute Medium long Friday - Recover/Cross train Saturday - 40 mins Easy with Strides Sunday - 90 minute Long Run

Minimum Requirements

Permission to train from health provider. An ability and interest to direct own training with help and access to Coach Will. Training plan and paces will be based on your current fitness and information provided on sign-up. Intermediate and advanced runners should be capable of running steady for 60 minutes. Suitable for beginning runners with goal to finish and can currently run 40 to 60 minutes once a week.-
