I'd rather have an athlete who understands their training than one who's just blindly checking boxes. Along with your daily training schedule, the subscription includes strength and prehab work built into your week, guidance on cross-training, fueling plans for long runs and race day, and exclusive discounts on gear and nutrition. Communication on this plan is limited to one email per month. If you're someone who likes to figure things out on your own, trusts the process, and just wants a well-built plan to execute, this option works really well.
