This package allows the athlete and me to be in regular contact about their training. You will receive a weekly training plan, solely based on your life, goals, work requirements, and ability level; via the free VDOT O2 app. This app includes a calendar where you can see and log all of your training. The VDOT app also syncs with Strava, Garmin, and Coros to automatically upload your workouts. Unlimited changes can be made to your training, generally on a weekly basis after we have discussed your feedback. This package includes a lot of communication (text, emails, phone calls), which allows us to regularly update your plans as life happens. We will set up workouts in line with your goals and abilities. I will do my best to share all of the knowledge I have gained from all my years of competing and coaching others. Guidance on topics such as race selection, nutrition, race-day nutrition, gym and strength work, shoe selection plus much more!
No strict requirements but a GPS watch is super helpful.
