This subscription gives you access to a library of training plans I've built for every major race distance: 5K buildbacks, half marathons, full marathons, 50Ks, 50-milers, 100Ks, and 100-milers, across beginner through advanced levels and a range of weekly mileage peaks. You're not picking a plan off a shelf and hoping it fits. The system matches you to the right one based on your goal race, your current fitness, and the days you actually have to train. From there, it works one week at a time. You don't get handed 20 weeks of training on day one. You get this week, structured and scheduled around your preferred days, built on the same principles I use with my 1-on-1 athletes. Next week shows up when you're ready for it. If your goals change, you can switch to a different pathway at any time. Swapping from a half to a full, restarting after a break, shifting to a higher or lower mileage load. The plan follows you. What you won't get: weekly check-ins, direct messaging, or the kind of nuanced coaching adjustments that come from someone who knows your training history. That's what 1-on-1 coaching is for.
