The Training Plan Subscription will give you access to all available plans on my platform. Each plan is carefully constructed based on mileage and intensity and has had proven success with my athletes in the past. The plans that are included are Marathon (Beginner, Sub 4:00, Sub 3:30, Sub 3:00 & Sub 2:45), Half Marathon (Beginner, Sub 2:00, Sub: 1:45, Sub 1:30, Sub 1:20) and General Fitness (0-10km, Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced). With access to the Training Plan Subscription you have free rein to go from plan to plan, for example, the General Fitness 0-10km plan into the Beginner Half Marathon Plan or the General Fitness - Advanced into the Sub 3:00 Marathon Plan. If you have any questions or looking for a plan that isn't one of the above please reach out via email.
General Fitness 0-10km: No previous experience required. Beginner: Light experience required. Intermediate: 10-20 miles per week encouraged. Advanced: 25-30 miles per week encouraged. Marathon Beginner: No previous experience required. Sub 4:00: 15-20 miles per week encouraged. Sub 3:30: 25-30 miles per week encouraged. Sub 3:00: 30-40 miles per week encouraged.
