If you want to just find any old program, it is very easy to do online. They will give you basic targets but not a lot of direction. I aim to build you a customized 12 week training plan to help you achieve your goals. Prior to building the plan, I will have a 10-15 minute call with you (phone, Skype, or FaceTime) to walk through a simple questionnaire and get your goals for the race. In this training plan, there will be guided details for workouts, some accompanied by videos, distinct pacing ranges to allow you to maximize each workout session, and a focus on helping you achieve the goals you laid out. I am confident in helping you achieve your goals in training!
