This includes: 1- Proper running form 2- How to stay injury free 3- Race day advice 4- Warm ups 5- Recovery and stretching 6- Nutrition and hydration for your runs (be advised that I am not a nutritionist and my answers will be limited to the scope of a certified run coach) 7- Gear advice for different weather 8- Hot/cold weather running 9- Cross training 10- How to spend off-season (time off between races) 11- Any other topic that falls within the scope of running
I am an avid runner and run coach who lives in Chicago. I'm also a full time Mechanical Engineer and part time group fitness instructor at a local yoga studio in Chicago. As a runner I have finished many marathons including the Boston marathon twice. I started coaching runners in 2018. As a run coach I have helped many runners reach PRs, finish their first marathons, and get BQs. As a coach I like establishing a strong connection with my clients.
