Designed for the athlete looking to run 35 minutes or faster in the 10K. Coach Lamp has designed a plan that will help you achieve your fastest performance yet. You will also receive nutritional guidance for pre-, during-, and post-run efforts to maximize your performance through communication with Coach Lamp. *In-person sessions may be available if you are a local athlete.
A minimum of 35 miles a week is required to achieve the goal under this plan.
2 emails per week, 4 text-messages per day, 1 call per week

Stuart has been an endurance coach for 15 years. He has worked with athletes at all levels and has helped clients get the most out of themselves, enabling them to win both national and world championships during this time. His ability to use the latest tools and knowledge in endurance athletics, combined with real-world experience, helps ensure athletes are fully prepared to reach their goals. We provide VO2 Max measurements, one-on-one coaching, or group/team coaching.
