I'll dial in your training volume and intensity to suit you best. I will provide you with consistent feedback and responsive communication to help you stay healthy, give you important feedback, and make adjustments to your training as needed. One of my big areas of emphasis is being an efficient runner and lots of running + strength training. I'll help you develop a smart plan to develop both of those areas.
