You will receive a custom weekly training plan via the VDOT app. This app includes a calendar where you can see all of your workouts, while also recording your workouts. Unlimited tweaks can be made to the training each month after we have discussed the changes.

I'm currently logging miles in Seattle, Washington while training and competing in the ultra-trail world.
