A plan tailored specifically to the athlete based on past/current fitness, life circumstances/schedule, etc. We will get you ready to get to that half-marathon starting line feeling cool and confident.

Minimum Requirements

Some running will have been done, ideally 20-30 miles per week in the last few months or so.
