This is a personalized ongoing training plan designed to keep you healthy and racing throughout the year. We will have our initial consultation by phone, in-person, etc., and find out your running/life background to find out your needs and races you'd like to run. The training is constantly updated on a monthly basis and can be adjusted for anything life might throw at you during the year. Most communication will be through the VDOT app, where I will post the workouts you'll have as well as the purpose and explanation of each workout.
