Individualized training tailored to your goals, life situation, and athletic history. 14 days of workouts will be uploaded to your training calendar bi-monthly. Your calendar will include a mix of time, distance, and feel-based training to enable to you to learn, love, and improve in the sport. Long-term development and holistic health are prioritized. Depending on your goals, training schedules may include strength and mobility work in addition to running. This plan includes one in-person session (see requirements) each week. Depending on your goals, this session may include: - Pacing - Guided Workouts - Form Analysis - Race Strategizing - Runs together Open, regular communication is available and encouraged. In this plan, unlimited texting and email are available, as well as up to two monthly calls (video or audio).
A willingness to train smart, communicate regularly, and enjoy the process! In-person sessions are held only within 10 miles of 92027 (another Zoom/phone call may replace this if desired).

I specialize in training new and intermediate runners of all ages in distances from the 800m up to the half marathon.
