18 weeks

Description

Individualized training plan for you based on your current fitness level with your goal finish time in mind. Workouts will download to most watches so you do not have to program them into your watch each week. The one time fee includes the full 18 week plan. No changes except training paces will be updated 1 time if necessary during the training period. Five running days, 1 long run and 1 hard run day. Longest run 22 miles, highest volume is 46 miles.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum current weekly mileage of 15 miles
