Work one-on-one with a Coach Sharon and receive custom workouts uploaded to your online training calendar. All workouts are customized based on your training history and current fitness. Once you've set up your calendar, you will always have access to your workouts and can update paces in the future. The app records and organizes your PRs, recent and future race results.
Half marathoners should be able to run 3 miles a day with a weekly total of 10 miles. Marathoners should be able to run 6 miles a day with a weekly total of 20 miles.

I am passionate about helping runners discover their true potential in the sport. Running has been a huge part of my life since the age of 40 and I am excited to use my past personal experiences and coaching experiences to help others reach their goals. I love coaching others who have a passion for running and who are willing to put in the work necessary to become a stronger and better runner so they can reach their goals.
