It matters not whether you have an upcoming “real race” or because of this Covid-19 situation a "virtual race," this plan will work. I will send you two weeks of initial workouts and after looking at those we will send you a monthly schedule every month (X4) with workouts based on your current ability and specific goals. At the beginning of each month’s training until you complete the training, we offer email correspondence, or we can touch base on “Skype”, “Zoom” or a Text app like “line” or “whatsapp”. This is not a cookie cutter plan but one that will adapt the unique approach my past clients (Beginners, Masters and Semi Pros) and I have used to great success. Coaching and racing in Japan over the past 20 years has given me great insight to what works, and what doesn’t, and I will share this knowledge with you.
If you are looking to get a new PR/PB I need you to be able to train 5 days a week and be able (at present) to run about 10 miles (16 kms) at an easy pace without too much trouble. If you are running the distance for the first-time - There are no minimum requirements.
