An 8-week training plan for the Simon Greiner Mile Night. Includes 2 speed workouts per week at its peak. A bit aggressive if you're brand new to running, but will provide a great framework for runners with no/limited training experience who would like to prep for Mile Night!
Any recent athletic experience (even just 1-2 gym sessions per week) should be sufficient for starting this plan
