Description

Take your training up a notch with workouts specifically tailored to help you prepare for your first (or fastest) half marathon! This plan peaks at 40 miles per week, making it a great option for first-time half marathoners or runners with limited time to train. Plan adjustments are available for an additional $15.

Minimum Requirements

An average of 3 - 4 days and/or 20 total miles of running per week for the past 4+ weeks is strongly recommended

Communication

3 emails per week, unlimited text-messages, 1 call per month
