Whether you are newer to running or seeking a personal best in the 5k, I will create a personalized plan for your goals using your running history and preferences.

Minimum Requirements

*Running consistently and injury-free for the past 3 months (or working with a specialist) * Currently running at least 10 miles per week * Able to commit to at least 3 runs and 1 cross-training day per week

I’ve coached since 2013 and am an RRCA Level 2 Adult Endurance & Youth Coach. I’ve completed 25 marathons—going from barely finishing my first to qualifying for Boston in 2017.
