This option is great for runners who want to have accountability to a program, but are not currently training for a specific event. We can work on specific goals like improving speed or volume as a stepping stone to longer term goals.

I’ve coached since 2013 and am an RRCA Level 2 Adult Endurance & Youth Coach. I’ve completed 25 marathons—going from barely finishing my first to qualifying for Boston in 2017. I love being a student of the sport and translating science into practical, lifelong training for runners of all levels.
