Crafted for athletes targeting a marathon time between 3:25 and 2:50, this training program is streamlined and efficient. It guides you through a meticulously planned sequence of workouts, to be executed in the crucial 10 to 4 weeks pre-race period. This is based off the very program that empowered me to achieve a 2:32 marathon, all while balancing a full-time job and raising two young children. It’s designed to maximize your potential without compromising on life’s other commitments.
Athlete should be running 6 times per week with mileage around 30 - 40 miles per week. The athlete should also have a personal record of 3:30 or faster in the marathon, and be aware of his or her needs in terms of injury prevention.
