This sub 15 minute 5k training plan was designed by 2:19 marathoner, former member of the US Army World Class Athlete Program and founder of the rundreamachieve.com blog, Dr. Nathan Pennington. Starting off at 34 miles with high week of 52 miles with one day off per week. Athlete can replace an easy day with additional day off, if needed.
