Designed by Dr. Nathan Pennington, 2:19 marathoner and founder of the rundreamachieve.com fitness blog. Training plan is based around the training principles Nathan used while competing for Malone University under esteemed distance running coach, Jack Hazen. Mileage is between 42 to 62 miles per week with one day off. Athlete can add or take away the mileage as needed or add an additional day off in the place of one of the easy days, if needed.
Athlete should have spent 3 to 6 weeks building an aerobic mileage base prior to starting the training plan
