The Premium Training Plan is for athletes seeking a more tailored approach to meet their running goals. This program includes: - An introductory call to discuss goals and devise a personalized plan - Daily training uploaded on a weekly basis (at the beginning of each week) - Updates to training based on actual performance, as needed - One phone call/Skype session per week to check in, evaluate progress, and ensure training is going smoothly - Unlimited email and text communication - Additional supplemental guidance (nutrition, cross training, injury prevention) provided via email as requested
