This program is designed for the high school/junior athlete seeking a personalized, tailored, and impactful training regimen. Whether you're new to running or looking for that extra edge, this program is designed to ensure success in reaching your goals. Frequent communication and support is key to making sure this program aligns not only with your personal goals, but your team goals as well. This training option includes: - Daily training updated at the beginning of the week - Unlimited communication (email, text, phone) on an as-needed basis. Communication is important so I do not put limitations on this. - Detailed race day advice (warm-up, cool down, race strategy) - Additional supplemental guidance, including cross training, nutrition, core exercises in order to stay healthy.
Athletes between 13-18 (or above as long as still in high school).
