The Bay Area Premium Training Plan is intended for athletes who are located in the Bay Area, want unlimited online coaching guidance to meet their goals anywhere from 800 meters up to the marathon, and will receive in-person coaching guidance (~1.5 hours once per week) . This program includes: - Daily training uploaded on a weekly basis (at the beginning of the week) - Updates to training based on actual performance, as needed - In-Person training session once per week (up to 1.5 hours). - Unlimited phone, email and text communication, with at least 1 scheduled phone call per week to ensure plan is going smoothly - Additional supplemental guidance (nutrition, cross training, maintenance) provided via email as requested.
This training program works best if you are in the Bay Area for in-person training sessions once per week (typically weekends)
