Sometimes you just want to be given guidance on what you should be doing everyday, but you don't feel like you need additional communication and guidance from a coach to meet your goals. This program is meant to give you training guidance to meet your goals in a long distance event. This program includes: - One introductory phone call to discuss goals and devise a personalized plan - Daily training uploaded on a weekly basis (at the beginning of each week) - Updates to training based on actual performance, as needed
Age range: 18+ Training program works best when the athlete either updates training results on a regular basis or links Garmin watch to your VDOT O2 calendar in order for me to actively see results.
