Description

Private 1:1 Running Coaching Private coaching provides personalized, ongoing support throughout your training—not just a training plan. We’ll begin with a one-to-one consultation to discuss your goals, current fitness, running history, schedule, preferences, and any previous injuries or challenges. From there, I’ll create an individualized training program designed around you and your life. Your training will be reviewed and adapted based on your progress, feedback, schedule, recovery, and changing circumstances. If work becomes busy, you get sick, experience discomfort, or need to move a workout, we’ll adjust the plan together. Your upcoming training is typically uploaded to the V.O2 app each Saturday. You can focus on completing one week at a time while I take care of the planning, progression, and adjustments. What’s Included: - An initial one-to-one consultation - Personalized training delivered through the V.O2 app - Training tailored to your goals, experience, race distance, and terrain - Running frequency based on your availability and preferences - Cross-training incorporated where appropriate - Strength-training suggestions - General guidance on training and race-day fueling - Training paces and effort guidance - Review of completed workouts and athlete feedback - Ongoing adjustments based on progress and recovery - Changes for illness, injury, travel, work, or unexpected circumstances - Race strategy and taper guidance - Ongoing accountability and encouragement - Unlimited coaching support by email and text - Unlimited scheduled coaching calls
Minimum Requirements

Private coaching is open to runners of every experience level, including complete beginners, recreational runners, and competitive athletes. There is no minimum pace, weekly mileage, or required number of training days. A GPS running watch is helpful but not required. Athletes will need access to the V.O2 website or app to receive their training and record completed workouts. The most important requirements are a willingness to communicate honestly, provide regular feedback, and work consistently toward your goals.

After improving my own marathon time from 3:07 to 2:43, I know what consistent, intelligent training can achieve. I help runners train with purpose, build lasting fitness, and pursue ambitious goals without allowing running to take over their lives.
