Experienced runner who went from complete beginner (running for exercise while studying) to sub-3 marathon runner in 5 years with a demanding work schedule using Jack Daniels' Running Formula. (PRs: 10k 38min / HM 1:20 / M 2:52 (Boston)) Now starting to explore trail and ultra running in Mexico. Already have experience working with a few athletes in the last few years: Coached an athlete (F40-45) to multiple PRs and BQs ( HM: 1:37:51 M: 3:28:40 BQ and 3:37 Boston Finish), and a few beginner runners for their first marathon.
