Work with me on a monthly basis for custom programming delivered to your training calendar. All programming is based on your running history, current level of fitness and training goals. I will spend an hour weekly going over your training schedule to establish a game plan for upcoming weeks. We will also have a 30-minute phone call to discuss training in light of your goals and modify training for success. In-person sessions can be arranged if in town and will take the place of communication online for the week.
