A general session emphasizes efficiency and strong running fundamentals. We will practice form drills, plyometrics, and strides to help build a more fluid and sustainable stride. During a session, based on your need for endurance, speed, and recovery, I will take you through a specific workout such as a long run, tempo, fartlek, hill session, or progression.
