Description

I create a customized training program from Beginner to Ultra Runner based on your current running profile and your goals! I make a plan for 1 week, and at the end of the week I analyze and develop a new training program for the next week! During the week I answer questions and, if necessary, make adjustments to the training program!
Minimum Requirements

There must be a desire, purpose and consistency!
