Please note: While all training plans are individually tailored to the athlete, they do not have the same level of support as a monthly private coaching subscription.

We start with an intake goal setting session over Zoom, then I map out your individual training program based on your goals, background, and availability. With a private coaching subscription, I am here to answer your frequent questions about your training, injury, gear, running technique, etc. I will also review your technique if you send video.
