This is a custom training plan just for you. Each plan is unique and is built from scratch every time. It's tailored to fit you, your training history and your goals. The package includes two 60 minute video calls. During the first call we talk about your training history, goals, day-to-day life and how you want the plan to fit into your life. I'll ask you a bunch of questions to make sure I've got all the information I need to create your plan. During the second consultation, I'll send you your new plan and explain to you how it works! After this point, you're on your own - but you're free to book more consultations with me at any time. I'll also be available by email for the duration of the plan if you have any questions. After you've completed the plan, you may buy another plan or we can discuss the possibility of doing an online coaching subscription. Let's do this! P.S. In addition to the plan itself, which is uploaded to your personal calendar on the V.O2 platform, you'll get a cycle plan that shows you the bigger picture and long term plan, as well as email support if you have any questions! Within the V.O2 training calendar, you can move and edit sessions, see all the details for upcoming and past workouts, as well as the exact pace to train at. Let's go!
