This is a custom training plan just for you. Each plan is unique and is built from scratch every time. It's tailored to fit you, your training history and your goals. We communicate via email and you fill out a questionnaire with all relevant details about training history, goals and lifestyle - and then I carefully build the plan from scratch to fit you perfectly. After you've completed the plan, you may buy another plan or we can discuss the possibility of doing an online coaching subscription. P.S.
